Terms and Conditions

All dogs must be at least 12 weeks old.
All dogs over the age of 6 months must be neutered.
All dogs must have up to date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of DHLPH and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations.
All dogs must be in good health and free from any conditions that could affect other dogs in our care.
All dogs must be social with other dogs and with people.
Dogs are supervised at all times; however, dogs like to rough and tumble and small nicks and injuries can happen. Woof Doggie Day Care does not accept any responsibility for any injury resulting from time in our care.
We do have a vet on call for any treatment that may be required, however the owner of the dog will be responsible for this fee. Russell is also qualified in canine first aid. The vet we have on call is Vets Direct.
The Pet Owner further agrees to pay all costs for any emergency veterinary costs for their pet during the time said pet is in our care.
All dogs must remain on a lead when being brought into Woof Doggie Day Care and when being handed over.
Payment for the full boarding term is required on the day of drop-off of your pet. There are strictly NO Check in’s or Departures on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
There is no refund or credit for early holiday returns. All board rates are charged on a calendar day basis and the full period booked will be charged.
All dogs must have a current dog license, a copy of which will be taken for when dogs are out on walks.
Before we can accept a dog for day care, we request that the owner must fill out a day care agreement form and questionnaire.
Check-in time Monday to Friday is from 3pm-4pm
Check-out time is from 9am-11am.
